Our dried, fermented noni berry is a whole noni product, including juice, pulp, and seeds. Such a product is referred to in scientific literature as "fermented noni exudate".

In the scheme of superfoods, we think that noni is by far the most super. The taste and smell can be a little offputting, but we've found mixing it with ice cream or a milkshake almost completely covers it up.
